Faulty product or incorrect item
We will fully refund the price or exchange any product that does not match your order or is faulty.
If the item you receive does not match the style, colour or size you ordered, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange provided you notify us immediately by email to email@example.com giving reasonable detail of your claim and return the item to us within 30 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging.
If the product has a fault, provided you notify us when you discover the fault, have taken good care of the product and return it to us in original condition, we will exchange or refund your purchase. We will not consider conditions caused by normal wear and tear to be a fault.
No extra freight/shipping charges will apply.
Customer changes their mind or orders incorrectly?
As long as the product is still in its original packaging with no signs of use we will accept it back within 30 days of receipt and a full refund or credit will be given. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note we do not refund the original freight charge for change of mind purchases.
